Coach Garrett Palmer was the starting field goal kicker and kickoff specialist at San Diego State University from 2004-2007. After setting several Mountain West Conference and school records, he starred for the Billings Outlaws and Texas Revolution, winning two IFL Championships. While playing for the Billings Outlaws, Coach Palmer designed the Jawbone Kickoff Tee.
